However, the biggest plus to this system is that it was very easy to use. Additionally, installation was a pain in the ass and took forever. Doing anything from searching through contacts to adding a new task would result in delays in my productivity because the dumb software would freeze. Even using a powerful computer didn’t help. The Bigger issue I had, was that the system had ridiculously slow load times. The first problem was that the software was On-Premise, meaning that an employee could easily copy the database and walk off with it after they quit. While this was an improvement, it wasn’t without its problems. We were originally using SugarCRM, but ran into so many problems that we made the switch to Act!2008.
